DIY Mother’s Day Cards 💌

What You’ll Need:

• Blank card or piece of paper.
• Crayons, markers, or stickers.
• Glue or tape.

How to Make It:

1.  Fold a piece of card or paper in half to form a card.
2.  Let your child decorate the front of the card with drawings, stickers, or a heartfelt   message.
3.  You can add glitter for some sparkle, or even press your little one’s handprint   onto the card.
4.  Inside, write a special message like “Happy Mother’s Day!” or “I love you,   Mommy!” to make it personal.

Handprint Flower Pot 🪴

What You’ll Need:

• Pot (or any small plastic pot).
• Acrylic Paint (in various colours).
• Paintbrushes.
  
• Scissors.
• Glue.
• Ribbon (optional).

How to Make It:

1.  Paint your child’s hand with their favourite colour of paint and gently press it  onto the pot to make a handprint (this will be the “flower”).
2.  Allow the paint to dry completely.
   
3.  You can add a ribbon around the top of the pot for a decorative touch.
4.  Optional: add a small plant or flower to the pot for a complete gift!

Pom-Pom Bouquet 💐

What You’ll Need:

• Colourful pom-poms.
• Green pipe cleaners.
• Hot glue gun (use under adult supervision).
• Small glass vase or jar.
• Tissue paper (optional).

How to Make It:

1.  Help your child glue several colourful pom-poms onto the ends of green pipe   cleaners to create "flowers."
2.  Once the glue is dry, arrange the flowers in a vase or jar.
3.  If you want to add a decorative touch, place tissue paper in the bottom of the   vase to make it look like a flower arrangement.
4.  You can tie a ribbon around the jar or vase for an extra special touch.

Paper Plate Flower 🌸

What You’ll Need:

• Paper plate.
• Paint, crayons, or markers.
• Scissors (adult help needed).
  
• Glue.

How to Make It:

1.  Start by colouring the paper plate with bright colours (this will be the flower   petals).
2.  Once the plate is coloured, cut a small hole in the centre of the plate for the   flower’s centre (you can use a button or a piece of yellow paper for this).
3.  Cut a long strip of green construction paper for the stem and glue it to the back   of the plate.
